You will experience:

  • Grief Movement Exercises to help release struggle, to allow space for new insights, harmony, appreciation, love, and forgiveness. This transformative movement practice is all done from a chair and isn’t so much about physical flexibility as it is emotional liberation.

  • Guided mindfulness practices to help you find peace in your heart and a connection with your beloved animal companion

  • Storytelling. This is crucial to helping your heart find peace. Sharing the story of your beloved friend and having someone who will listen with compassion.

  • Creative Expression exercises. Meaningful ways to explore your grief through writing and art.
