Peaceful Hearts Pet Loss Program
This 5 week online program is an opportunity to explore your own grief and begin to find the path to feeling better. You may choose if you’d like to meet on Zoom or on the phone.
How would you feel to be able to smile, laugh and remember the beautiful life you and your pet shared? To be able to honor their memory through the pain and tears, allowing yourself to feel what you need and gently move forward on your path to feeling better?
Your experience of grief is as unique as you are. Our time together is completely customized to your needs. What would it mean to you to have someone to talk with who understands the pain of your deep loss?

You will experience:

An Animal Communication Session to connect with your beloved pet.

Grief Movement Exercises to help release struggle, to allow space for new insights, harmony, appreciation, love, and forgiveness. This transformative movement practice is all done from a chair and isn’t so much about physical flexibility as it is emotional liberation.

Guided mindfulness practices to help you find peace in your heart and a connection with your beloved animal companion

Storytelling. This is crucial to helping your heart find peace. Sharing the story of your beloved friend and having someone who will listen with compassion.

Creative Expression exercises. Meaningful ways to explore your grief through writing and art.
Grief has been a large part of my life for 30 years. It has been woven into the fabric of who I am. Because of the many profound losses, I have a tender spot in my heart for others who are grieving.
